Studio -PROPS GORILLA WARRIOR ARMOR is an amazing set of HOLLYWOOD memorabilia! This is a 2 piece gorilla warrior armor suit that was custom made for, and used during the filming of the Tim Burton film from 2001 "PLANET OF THE APES". This is absolutely genuine, and screen used, and not a reproduction or copy. It comes with a signed certificate of authenticity from Studio-Props. We purchased this item directly from 20th Century Fox and have placed a copy of our receipt from Fox on the C.O.A. to prove it. This set consists of two pieces. A jacket and a pant piece. You will receive the exact items seen in these photos. The jacket has a heavy cast rubber gauntlet attached to the end of each sleeve. They are made of an ingeniously sewn red fabric that has a gold pattern that looks like reptile scales. It is thick and heavy with round ribs that stretches a bit and were obviously artfully hand made. These were designed by Colleen Atwood the Academy Award winner in 2003 and 2006 for best costume design. These were used as ape armor, and show wear from their days on the battle field.
