Plasticville Bachmann 2 story apartment house 1907 198 in box with 1958 catalog Description O and S gauge cream , brown and white 2 story apartment building that has not been glued and is the slide together variety. No broken pieces and all pieces present. Box has a few dirt marks and two pieces of the original tape that held the box together. No split seams or tears. On one side there are some light green marks. Box contains a pamphlet that shows the models available during their 125th anniversary year, 1958. There is also a paper which reminds buyers that additional floors may be purchased to make the apartment building taller. The roof access box is made of the cream and white color with a white door. Both antennas are present as are the chair and lounge.
