Plasticville Church CC-7 with white sides and brown roof and trim has cross
Church complete with its steeple cross to use with your Lionel, American Flyer, Marx and other train layouts. Church is not glued together. There are a few yellow marks from the manufacturer's window and door glue. The front door had come loose at some time and someone taped the door in place with packing tape. That tape has now lost its ability to stick to the door so one needs to remove the tape and glue the door in place. No cracks or splits. Church fits together well. Side windows are not solid. The lower arches in these windows are open as are three circles in the tops of each window. A light could be placed inside the church to make the windows appear to glow.Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the BUYER’S responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. If you are the winner of multiple items, we will combine shipping to try to make the most economical package possible based on shipping weight and zipcode. Shipping for International Shipments will be calculated according to Country. A handling fee of $2.20 is charged on International Packages.
