Plasticville #1707 Loading platform. one hand cart has a broken rung. Everything else looks new! Bachmann #1984 Country Church, complete with landscaping. Everything seems to be there except the tree. Grass and sidewalk are un-cut. Both kits appear to be un-used, with original boxes. Used for Lionel and other "O" scale layouts. I'm not sure of the year, but I think they are from the 50's. ;
