are a pair of 1700 two story colonial houses in different colors they are in excellent or better condition. This is a very nice collector peice. Note: I will take photos of all contents so you can decide if all parts are present. I am not a plasticville expert.This is part of new old stock from an old hobby shop closed years ago. I have several,several more in this condition and older plasticville in excellent condition. I do not test or clean items. Sold as is. All forms of payment accepted.
