is the 1851 barn and the 1608 school they are in like new condition...The barn is still sealed in its original wrapping. The boxes are in excellent condition with slight shelf wear.This is a very nice collector peice. Note: I will take photos of all contents so you can decide if all parts are present. I am not a plasticville expert.This is part of new old stock from an old hobby shop closed years ago. I have several,several more in this condition and older plasticville in excellent condition.
