PLEASE! PLEASE! READ ENTIRE PAGE BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS You are bidding on a Plasticville Independence Hall and a Skyline Plastic House "The Penn-Valley". I'm familiar with Plasticville but I'm certainly no expert. All of the buildings I will be listing were purchased at sales and are for O&S scales. Up first is the Independence Hall. It is red, white, and gray. There is some glue residue on the bottom of the main doorway. It appears there is a hairline crack in the doorway. I wouldn't have seen it except for the glue on the bottom. Also one of the roof railings has a pin broken off of it. The pin is still in the roof. Railing still attaches with the other pins. Building, itself, has not been glued. Next is the Skyline Plastic House "The Penn-Valley". It is red and white. One of the lattice panels, on the side of the house, has a small piece broken off of it. Building has not been glued. Boxes are not mint. To help defer the cost of bubble wrap, tape, peanuts, etc., there's a $2.00 handling charge added to all my auctions (International will be $3.00).
