LOT 1171 Seller's Estimate: USD 7,800 - 10,395 One electronically tested platinum ladies cast & assembled diamond brooch. The brooch is completed by a 14KT yellow gold horizontally placed pin. Bright polish finish with milgrain detailing throughout. Area measurements 2.75 x 0.55 inches. The brooch is reminiscent of the jewelry designs from the Art Deco Period. The Paris Exposition of Decorative Arts and Modern Manufacturers in 1925 gave the movement its name. The Art Deco Period is characterized with jewelry designs composed of bold geometric designs, & cubism. Condition is good. Containing: One bezel set Old European cut diamond, measuring 5.50 - 5.40 x 3.00mm (depth est.) approximate weight of 0.64ct. Cutting style circa late 19th century. Graded in the setting. Clarity: SI-1. Color: I Two bezel set Old European cut diamonds, measuring 3.60 - 3.50 x 2.00mm (depth est.) approximate total weight of 2 Stones = 0.35ct. Cutting style circa early 20th century. Graded in the setting. Clarity: VS-2 to SI-1. Color: H - I Sixteen bead set round brilliant cut diamonds, measuring 2.30 - 2.00 x 1.29mm (depth est.) approximate total weight of 16 Stones = 0.68ct. Graded in the setting. Clarity: VS-2 to SI-1. Color: G - I Twelve bead set round brilliant cut diamonds, measuring 1.80 - 1.60 x 1.02mm (depth est.) approximate total weight of 12 Stones
