Hi I'm James Parker and I am offering some fine Case Family Tree Of Cutlery knives for auction just acquired in a big group of knives. TN residents pay 9.25% state sales tax. Winning bidder pays $4.85 for USPS Priority Mail Shipping with Delivery Confirmation included in the Shipping price. This shipping amount covers the knife and the Free Catalog the winning bidder will receive. Thanks. This knife for auction is a C. Platts' Sons Blue Sapphire acrylic Boot Leg patttern, 3 1/8" closed, produced in Solingen Germany in 2000. This knife is tang stamped with "C. Platts' Sons Gowanda, NY" on the matchstriker pull Clip blade. This knife was produced in a quantity of only 100 pieces and is a seldom seen Case Family Tree Series knife. The scales are beautiful Blue Sapphire acrylic. The C. Platts' Sons name is one of the Family Tree of Cutlery Trademarks, once owned by my father, the late Jim Parker. As you probably know, W.R. Case & Sons now owns and produces knives with the C. Platts' trademark and is doing a marvelous job with these Case Family Trademarks. Additionally, the winning bidder will receive one of the Case Family Classics Catalog which is in color and is around 15 years old.
