PLAYBOY 1st edtion with the beautiful MARILYN MONROE. This magazine can be easily restored and ti can be worth thousand of dollars. I purchased this magazine with the hope to hold on to it, restore it and re-sale it at a later day, but I find myself with no time and needing the cash. Please my other listing. Genuine Original Very First Playboy Issue with Marilyn Monroe (1953) Let me start by answering the most common questions:1. Is this the original or the reproduction? ORIGINAL2. Does it have 2 staples or 3 staples? 2 STAPLESNow on to the description. Yes it is 57 years old. It was not owned by a collector or preservationist most of those years, so it does have imperfections. The most notable imperfection is that it is missing the back cover. Other imperfections are some small water stains, some rust around the staples.Considering the age and the fact that it was not preserved, it is actually not in bad shape. That being said... it is what it is. Certainly not a $5000 magazine, but really who knows? NO RESERVE AUCTION. Highest bidder gets it!!Good Luck.
