Description: This is an Incomplete Playmobil 5300 Victorian Mansion Dollhouse. Most of the key pieces needed to build the Dollhouse are Included. Please take a Close Look at the Pictures to See What is Included and What is Not. From what I can tell, it is missing 1 Corner Roof Piece, 2 Dormer Roofs, the Attic Floor Strip, 1 Corner Wall Connector, 1 Floor Strip, and the Arch between the Living Room and Sunroom. All of the Door and Window Frames are Included, but the Doorknobs and 1 Window are missing. Some of the tabs are broken. I have used Fun Tac with great sucess to keep them in place! The Stairs are also missing, but the Stairwell Floor Pieces are included. There is also no Wallpaper or Curtains. 9 of the 10 Window Boxes are there, but none of the Flowers are. The Hard to Find Sunroom Window Walls are Included, as are the often missing Steps. The Front Porch is Near Complete, and is only missing 1 Short Railing Piece. A few of the Fence Pieces for the Roof are Missing, but the Patio Railing and the Chimney are Complete. I have also Included a lot of Furniture, 2 Figures, and a little Dog. They are Obviously Not Playmobil, but Look Cute in the House Overall, what is Included is in Pretty Good Condition. It should be Fairly Easy to Complete the House, if desired.
