This is a beautiful Victorian style Playmobil dolls house with a first floor balcony roof terrace on top of the conservatory. Playmobil launched this house in 1989 and modelled it on a turn of the century German house. Playmobil no longer make this model. This house has an floor extension which we bought separately and added which takes the dolls house from 2 storeys to 3 storeys and from 5 rooms to 7 with a kitchen, drawing room and conservatory on the ground floor, living room and bathroom on floor 1, two bedrooms on floor 2 and a nursery on the top floor. On the very top of the house is a flat roof section known as the 'widow's walk'. All the doors and windows open. Most of the main windows have window boxes with flowers and there are dormer windows on the top floor. It 69 cm wide and 84 cm high. With the extension the whole house cost over £250. It has been played with but overall is in very good condition. It has a finial missing from a window. The house comes with all furniture and some rooms are better fitted then others. The kitchen, nursery and bathroom all have lots of furniture. You might want to add to the living room and drawing room but that is half the fun. The furniture includes a patio set and various rugs.
