Vintage Estate Early 1940s Tambour Mantle or Shelf Clock No Reserve Auction! The Plymouth Clock with a Seth Thomas No. 124 Series 8-Day Pendulum Chime movement. Marked movement -- ST Made in USA No. 124 6-40. Plymouth Clock was division of General Time Instruments Corp. which also owned Seth Thomas at that time. Clock is working & keeping good time with the pendulum weight & key. Clock is missing the chime bar unit so it will not chime. The hammers do move but have nothing to strike. Original paper directions are still tacked inside the back door. The clock is in very good condition, a few light surface wear spots and glass face has white scratch mark just off the center. Clock measures approximately 20" wide by 9 1/4" tall by 6 1/2" deep. Check Out The Pictures! Ask questions before bidding. High bidder pays for shipping and handling costs.
