This auction is for an original Shawnee Pottery head vase. It is a very colorful, beautiful Polynesian lady with a beautiful flower in her hair. The top of her hat is a very pretty darker to lighter shade of burgundy, almost mauve as is the underside. Her dress is green and she is a dark-haired beauty. She has dark like a plum color lipstick. She is 6" tall 5-3/4" diameter of hat. Has the Shawnee USA mark on the bottom and the number 897. No chips or cracks. She looks in mint condition. The marks shown on the bottom picture are light green paint (from the dress) and t is one little rough spot beside w the paint is. The indentation on the bottom is not a chip but is the form of the mold. Email any questions.
