You are bidding on the rarest of all Richard Nixon campaign related items. A true museum quality piece from the 1968 Republican National Convention in Miami. Obtained from a member of a family invloved in Repubican politics for several generations. The family member that I obtained this from was a guest at the 1968 convention and would go on to be a Presidential Appointtee under Ronald Reagan. This has been safely packed for close to 40 years and has original folds and otherwise is in mint condition. App 39" long and has opening for head and arms and orignal plastic bag. A great Pop Art piece in addition to being a rare Presidential item. I believe t would be far fewer of these in existence today than the Campbell's Soup dress that was a take-off of Warhol's painting. (Between the 2 I would much prefer to have this one) The 1st pic is front and 2nd pic is back of dress.
