You are bidding on a lot of vintage Pope Gosser Florence china from the 1940’s. The Pope Gosser Florence china is a high-gloss, slightly off-white china with garlands of pink roses and green leaves; the edges are scalloped with gold trim. This lot contains: Eight 5 3/4" Fruit/Dessert BowlsThree 6” Bread & Butter PlatesSeven 7 1/4" Desert/Pie PlatesThree 10 1/8" Dinner Plates There are no chips or discoloration of any pieces. The plates show typical signs of wear in the form of very small marks from utensil use. Otherwise, condition of specific pieces are as follows: Fruit bowls - 3 perfect; one with hairline crack on rim; 3 with fair amount of crazing; one with light crazing.Bread plates - 1 with crazing; 2 fine.Desert plates - 2 near perfect; five with crazing.Dinner plates - light crazing. (Note: a handling fee of $1.75 covers insurance.)
