This is for a highly sought large Disney Tinkerbell Magic Kingdom Snow Globe. This gem sold out very quickly when it was first offered and is no longer produced. It p lays instrumental holiday songs, while snows blows inside, multicolored lights flicker and glow in the castle, and Tinkerbell swirls and rotates around the globe. It runs on either three AA batteries or with an ac/dc adapter (neither are included). This globe plays in 3 Modes: ON Mode: The snow globe blows snow and plays music, all continuously; BUTTON Mode: The snow globe is off. When button is pressed, it blows snow and plays music; NO SOUND Mode: The snow globe blows snow continuously, but only plays music when the button is pressed.This is used, but gently and when not running has beed proudly displayed in a very safe non-smoking environment since it was received new as a gift. It is in full working order and has no discernable damage at all. The globe measures ~13 inches in diameter and stands 15 inched high on its pedestal. This auction is without reserve and is a good value as this item retailed at just under $40 when new. This weighs in at just under 3 pounds and with protective packaging will likely exceed that , so shipping may be costly. This will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority mail with delivery confirmation in protective packaging unless an alternative method is directed by the winning bidder. Unfortunately we cannot offer our usual return policy on this lot. This lot is sold as-is, w-is. Insurance is strongly advised. W the Postal regulations permit, we are willing to send items under other postal rates or combine multiple items in one shipment to keep shipping cost down. Return Policy : We have done our best to reveal the material condition of the offered item(s) in required detail. On this item no returns are accepted and all sales are final. Payment Policy : The successful bidder must contact the Vendor within three (3) days AND must tender all funds due Vendor within seven (7) days after auction close or the transaction may be cancelled at Vendor's sole option. Any funds must clear prior to shipment. For shipping within the United States, purchaser adds appropriate calculated shipping costs for protective packaging materials, handling and purchasers choice of carrier with tracking confirmation. Any destinations outside US bear actual cost of delivery, which specific destination address and preferred mode of delivery, if any, must be supplied by the buyer within 3 days of auction close. Risk of Loss Policy : Insurance is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and is not included. Prior to auction close, all risk of loss in the offered lot remains with the Vendor. At auction close, high bidder becomes a "Buyer", and the risk of loss in the contracted piece shifts from Vendor to Buyer. This means that a successful high bidder from that moment forward assumes any risk of loss to the offered piece attendant with packing and shipping. For this reason, Buyer must elect and prepay any insurance the Buyer deems prudent. Any auction ending during any Ebay outage (regardless of Ebay policy or classification) may be cancelled at vendor's sole option. We have ZERO tolerance for non-paying or absent bidders.
