This is the reality of mass produced goods made in China by unskilled labor. Most seasoned collectors understand and accept this reality. Many others expect perfection and are disappointed when they don't get it consistently even when they buy older or lower priced models. We always strive to give our customers top value for their hard earned dollars by providing good service and low prices. Usually we succeed as can be seen in our Feedback Ratings, but because we are human we sometimes overlook something or we fail to make the customer happy for some reason. At those times we try to satisfy the customer with a refund or an exchange, however that is not always possible, and sometimes the customer can just be unrealistic in their expectations. To the best of our knowledge all of our cars and boxes are in excellent condition when they leave our facility unless otherwise noted. Frankly we just don't have the time to open every single box, carefully inspect the contents and then repackage it. Most collectors prefer a box that has never been opened anyway. That's why the photos that we use are usually from the Internet or from the manufacturer's web site. Most boxes have never been opened since they left the factory in China. Remember, no matter how good we pack your item, once it leaves our hands we are at the mercy of a countless number of loaders, un-loaders, clerks and drivers as it moves across the country to its final destination.Please try to keep all of these things in mind when purchasing from us or any other die cast dealer.
