PORTMEIRION MADE IN ENGLAND THE ENCHANTED GARDEN BY SUSAN WILLIAMS-ELLIS 6" MUG, 8"PLATE AND 8" PORRINGER NEW IN ORIGINAL BOX ONLY OPEN FOR PHOTOGRAPHS Introduced in 1997 and discontinued in 1999, Susan Williams-Ellis shares her favorite childhood pictures with todays children. T's a dancing squirrel, a fish who seems to have something important to say and is a magic place. This design features complex illustrations of fairy tale figurines like elves and owls, butterflies, birds, snails, little folk, princes and princesses all engaged in their carefree fairytale games. Even the box has wonderful art work. The collection was based on the book, "In Fairyland" by Richard Doyle, nephew of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.This auction is for the 3 pieces - a mug, 8" dish and 8" porringer. The artwork is simply indescribable-sure to become a family heirloom. All pieces are microwave and freezer safe. Made in England. Never used. Each piece still has its original bar code on the bottom. I have researched this grouping and it is very hard to find. Most Replacement companies do not have it in stock. One has the mug at $59. Another has all 3 pieces at $140!!!
