This like all the equipment i sell is untested , it probably has not been powered up in many years . It appears to be a 3 valve trf of the 1930,s with reaction i would think as it has an r/f amp a grid detector and an output valve The switch on the side of the cabinet is disconnected i suspect it may have been for an extension loudspeaker, the original loudspeaker of this set is missing nor has a replacement been fitted , still it should not be too difficult to lay hands on a l/s about 6 inch circular that can handle the amount of output power that a set like this can produce and some of the batry connectors are missing but the wires are present if there is rubber wire in this set it can be assumed to be in need of replacement. There are some cct diagrams that come with this set and they include the correct one for the B3 this can if you wish be collected from Buxton derbyshire (full moons and the hours of darkness are best avoided!) There is no woodworm . I will stand by my delivery prices to the uk including highlands and islands but i will not be held to my price for europe thats a guess and i can,t be exactly sure on that until i pack it.
