This is my honest story behind this scarf...I will let you be the judge from that point. I went to an estate sale of an elderly lady who had passed away. I purchased a box lot of items and was actually bidding on another item that was in the box (perfume bottles)...once I won the lot...a lady come up to me and said she was the "elderly ladies niece" and that "in that box was a scarf that her aunt had claimed for years that she had caught at Elvis's Indianapolis, IN concert" of which of course I know was his last concert because I live in Indiana and this lady lived only 20 minutes from Indianapolis...so this is quite possible. She also said "she knew her aunt did indeed go to the concert, talked about it many times and cherished the scarf". I had no clue this scarf was in the box before buying, once I got home, I got the scarf out, I was surprised to find a high quality, silky white scarf with fringe and it does have some minor staining. Approx 55 1/2" long x 5 1/4" wide and has a sewn in tag that has hand written "Elvis 3931" (see pics). You be the judge from t I am starting price at $9.99 ... I do not have any other proof that this story is true and I don't claim it to be true...just being honest with what I was told....I figure a true Elvis fan can have the fun of researching...as I don't have the time or money it would take.. ..I do this to make an honest living, have fun and I love selling old, antique and collectible items..... I did breifly go to an Elvis website and someone else had written about a scarf....expert said "you can list it on our website or put it on eBay". A very nice eBayer just wrote and suggested I or someone check to see if the concert was taped...I will check the video store and if anyone else out t has footage or video by all means, please check it to see if you can see a scarf like this one. I sell only estate items and items are as found. I do not alter or clean items, as not to damage. If you have a question about this item, you must ask me before placing bid.
