We are pleased to present an interesting post war patriotic cover only of The Secessionist Alligator mailed to New York from Boston August 21, 1867. This is a very clean cover with a tear at the upper right hand corner on the reverse. The photographs show the overall condition of the piece. It measures 3 1/16" by 5 1/2".
