This is a #1 Post Office box door found on page R69 of the second edition of the Illustrated Guide. It was made by Corbin in 1903. This particular door was a salesman's sample, tfore VERY RARE! The glass is beveled. T is a small chip on the lower right corner but this can't be seen from the front of the door. The size is 3 5/8" x 5". T is a heavy continuous frame. The door is mounted in the original oak frame. The door was made of bronze with a black oxidized copper finish. This is the door that you are bidding for. T is the original factory tag indicating the combination. Shipping is $9.50 in the Continental United States only and may be combined for a shipping discount.
