This lot is all about the great state of NY. Manhattan views as well as upstate. Buildins, streets, scenic, etc. The stack measures 7 inches, and it seems that these cards measure around 60 per inch, so t are roughly 420 different cards.Comes from a large one owner estate postcard collection. The collection was assembled by the wife of a prominant radio sportscaster in North Carolina. The group includes roughly 10,000 cards which include just about every type of postcard imaginable. All have been in a private estate, and never before offered for public sale. Please note that I am not a postcard dealer. I primarily deal in fine art, paintings and prints. I ahve been commissioned by the owner of the cards to sell them all on Ebay. I have done a small amount of research to try to familiarize myself with the postcard market. T are some great cards in this collection. It includes undivided backs, old color and B+W divided backs, Real Photo B+W and tinted, white border, linen, and chromes. Subjects include locational views from many US States, and also foreign views. T are also holiday cards, artist signed, advertising, comical, plains, trains, motels, etc., etc., etc. Something for everyone If you are a postcard collector or dealer, please check out my other items on a fairly regular basis. I will be listing all the cards in this large collection over the next few weeks.ARTIST/PUBLISHER : Various TYPE(S): Lot includes real photo, undivided back, divided back color and B+W, white border, linen, and chrome. DATE : Dates range from 1900-1950s. Absolutely guaranteed to be a vintage original work and NOT NEW. SIZE : Standard size. Approximately 3 1/2 x 5 inches. CONDITION : Conditions vary from fair to excellent. The cards were generally well cared for in this collection. They were stored in metal drawers, and most are from g - exc. I have taken pics so you can see representatives of what you will be getting. SHIPPING TERMS : Buyer pays $7 handling fee for packaging the item. PLUS actual shipping charges from zip code 11237 .
