Up for bid today is a LOT OF 5 BOXES of Vintage Postcards and Postcard Folders I have been haning onto and need to get rid of. T are just all kinds of postcards !!! Guessing about 1600 probably more!! I will have an exact count by Saturday afternoon please check back, please look at the pictures. I am just early guessing on amounts broken down. T are RPPC - Guessing about 400 from US and overseas some you can tell w they are from and some you can't, Holiday and Greetings guessing about 200, Postcards from the early 1900's guessing about 300, Linen guessing about 300 and some Chrome type (hardly any but the ones that are are town views, street views) , Art - guessing about 100, Comic guessing about 100. T are about 100 postcard folders from the early 1900's to when they quit making them, most are the linen type. T are Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, New Years Happy Birthday and comic greetings type postcards from the early 1900's. Condition goes from really good to acceptable. A neat group of postcards for a collector or for resale. I have tried to sell these in groups or individually, and I just don't have the patience or time or tolerance. If you take a look at some of the postcards I have sold, you can see that this can be a money maker lot. This is a 3 day action starting out at a fair price. Thank you. T are a lot of collectible cards , just can't photograph them all. If you are interested in my other lots and win this, I will just throw them in and not charge shipping on the smaller lots. While digging through this lot, I found a few superb postcards of streetview, hotels, motels, Gettysburg, Expostions, Railroad Depots etc. I underestimated this lot, and I think it is a real treasure for someone!
