This auction is for a postwar Lionel 671 Turbine locomotive only, no tender with it. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES. It's in very poor shape, missing a lot of parts and has seen some better days since it left the factory. The smoke unit is missing. The e-unit is missing. The rear steps under the cab are broken off. The boiler body shell itself is intact. The cab roof isn't bent, but the lower pilot area is broken off in front. The wiring is disconnected and the motor doesn't run. The motor is the older Atomic motor with black brush plate, and the brush plate has a crack in it as shown. This one needs some TLC help and is good for a restoration project to tinker around with, or just junk good for parts. The paint has plenty of play wear and scuffs, and the cab numbers are very worn or faded. It's in as-is condition. This whole poor thing is dirty overall. Please ask any questions before bidding. I don't want to mislead anyone. Please bid low to avoid disappointment. I'll be happy to give shipping discounts with anything else I have up for auction this week. Thanks for looking.
