I will be listing many items from a collection of a Native American enthusiast who worked and managed galleries for over 30 years including baskets, rugs, pottery and more. She counted many of the artists as her friends. A very pretty Native American Potawatomi (Oklahoma, Kansas area) cowrie shell dance dress. Excellent condition, appears it may have been worn in a dance. Woven with beads and cowrie shells by Karen Wawasuck. Matching cowrie shell necklace! I am guessing this dress is about a size 10-12. My daughter is modeling it and she is a 4; it is quite roomy for her. Age is unknown. Measures 42" long, I can take more measurements across shoulders, arms, etc. if you'd like.I took measurements and probably shouldn't be guessing what size it is. It is straight from bust down to hem, and measures 22" across bust, waist, hips, etc. Please ask if you should have any questions. Thanks! FREE SHIPPING! Please look at my other listings for more Native clothing, pottery and more. Thanks!
