Offered , a beautiful hanging pendant fixture, known as the Artichoke lamp, by Poul Henningsen for Louis Poulsen, Denmark, c 1960's.This is an early example of the original edition. The fixture is comprised of copper plates and chromed steel. It suspends from the ceiling so that the copper plates radiate around the hidden light source creating an incredible glowing light display. This lamp is coming out of a prime, private collection. Originally purchased from Denmark; excellent patina to the copper plates, all in very fine condition appropriate for its age. Please email with questions. Custom crate already made and available for shipping if any party wishes to use it. Local pick up is fine, and we will deliver within 90 miles of Los Angeles free of charge.
