Pair of white porcelain sconces with white milk glass shades. Excellent condition throughout! One still has original "Porcelier" sticker on inside. T was a strong infleunce during the 1920s for the "sanitary" look which is why the white porcelain was so prevalent in kitchens and baths of that era. Nice projection which will better illuminate the sides of the face and the sink area below (if used in a bathroom). Perfectly styled for any white tiled or white accented bathroom. Height: 5 3/4"WIdth: 3 3/4"Projection: 8" Both shades in excellent condition with no noticable chips and no cracks. Some very minor chipping along the glass mold lines, typical and not noticable. New pull switch and they come with standard mounting bracket and hardware so they can be installed in minutes. Outlets are not wired for safety concerns. White Milk Glass shades were lit with 15 watt bulbs so they appear a bit more yellow than they will with higher wattage bulbs. The color, size, and vintage appeal of this fixtures makes it a perfect fit for almost any style vintage home: Deco, Arts & Crafts, Bungalow, Spanish Revival, Craftsman, Traditional, Storybook, Tudor, Deco etc. When choosing fixtures on ebay be sure to know what you are getting.
