A superb pair of 19thc Staffordshire figurines by Thomas Parr. Fine pair of figures - male and female - with sheep and dog. The woolly sheep has thick applied chipping and is portrayed jumping up at female figure. The dog is seated at his master's feet. Both male and female figures have beautiful faces with fine attention to detail. Height some 8.5". Excellent and age commenusurate condition overall. Bit of age damage to base of female and some fading to paint on hair of both figures. Nothing of any significance. A superb pair of 19th century staffordshire figurines which is very collectable. A fine addition to any Staffordshire collection.
