PR ANTIQUE c1900 or earlier INDIAN TIBETAN TRADITIONAL ANCIENT FORM SILVER CUPS Description Reduced again in our February sale, this pair of antique circa 1900 or earlier Indian or Tibetan (Indo-Chinese) cups are hand worked in scraps of low grade silver (not tested but solid white metal when cut into). The bowls are made up of joined sections with applied foot rims of traditional ancient form with flared rims. They are crudely hand worked with lotus Mons, foliate borders to the bottom of the bowl and foot, with Swastika border to the rim. These lovely old pieces are unmarked and they are in good condition with no damage or repair. The insides need polishing and have old patination mainly to the joints. Weight approx 165 grams, heights 6cm & 7.2cm, diameters 7.7cm & 7.8cm. Please email us should you have any questions.
