In this auction I am showing a box of 4 pair of vintage seamed stockings. I am showing you the exact stockings but you will be getting a brand new box. They are Veitel stockings made from a company that existed 50 some years ago in LeRoy, New York. They were purchased by a gentleman at the closing of the factory and I am now selling them for him. He has had them stored all these years. T will be more with different sizes and colors and all will come in their original box with 4 pair to a box. T is a very slight must smell from being stored but isn’t strong. They will be obviously laundered eventually so that isn’t an issue. The 4 pair in this white box w/Purple writing (photo shows blue but are the same exact stockings - think they had a variety of colored boxes with the size ranges) are Veitel ~ Ladies Full Fashioned Fine Gauge Hosiery ~ color is called Tabu ~ medium tan color with darker seam as you can see and slightly darker welt and Cuban heel and toe than the stockings themselves. I think the darker seams on this color are a stand-out. Stamped on the welt in white is ~ Veitel Nylons ~ 60 Gauge 15 Denier ~First quality . The size on the box is ~ 9 1/2 ~ 30”.
