Basic characteristics of the PRC-77 are: Freq Range: 30 to 75.95 Mhz., 920 Channels, 12.5 to 15 VDC power requirement, FM modulation, 1.5 to 4 watts power output. The following items are included in this package: RT-841/PRC-77 Radio Transceiver and Battery Box (batteries included). ST-138/PRC-25 Radio Harness (backpack). CW-503/PRC-25 Cotton Duck Bag (for antenna and handset storage) Antenna, AT-271A/PRC with AB-591A/PRC Ant Support (10' tubular ant/base)Antenna, AT-892/PRC-25 (3' flat medal ant)Handset, H-250/U Additional tubular backpack with out detachable radio shelfOriginal Technical manual dated 1 January 1987 The AN/PRC 77 is still capable of interoperation with most VHF radios used by U.S. and allied ground forces today, and can be used with the KY-57 voice encryption device for secure communication. This radio for sale has been connected to the KY-57 and operates perfect. At the time it was the best military radio on issue, and is a rare find these days, especially in a fully working condition, and comes with the Short Antenna, 10ft Extendable Antenna, Goose Neck, Radio Pack Harness and 2x Spare Working Batteries (1 is still facory sealed and the other is opened.
