Well, at least two of the Brothers Hernandez signed it: Beto & Jaime! Pre number one ish distributed at the San Diego con back in the day by the Brothers themselves. This is the mag sized black and white issue with the folded over sheets, without staples. Dated 1981, and with a $1.00 price tag. Predates the smaller version with the $2.95 price tag by nearly a year! Not in the price-guide. Essentially, this is the product they were showing to editors and publishers at the show, and Fantagraphics was smart enough to pick up the project. Probably only a couple of hundred of these were done. Perfect condition with no flaws. As close to "Mint" as you will ever see with one of these!
