We are proud to offer this wonderful set of Mintone china - one platter and six serving plates. Each piece has the green Mintone mark on the back. The "e" in Mintone was dropped in 1872 so even though we do not have a date for these pieces we know they were created prior to 1872! Each piece is beautifully detailed with royal blue and gold on the outside of the plate and different game birds in the center. Each piece has the signature of artist R.K. Beck on the front. The birds have beautiful colors and wonderful details. The set is in really good condition although one plate has two chips and each one has crazing. The platter measures 14 1/4" X 11 1/2" and is about 2" deep. The plates are 9 1/2" in diameter. Total weight for all seven pieces is 9 lbs.
