Early 1900's Bent and Curved Caramel Slag Glass Lamp Standing about 22 inches tall and about 18 inches wide, this lamp looks great either lit or unlit. A two light, classically inspired American slag glass table lamp featuring varigated bent caramel glass panels. The metal overlay of the shade has a lot of detail all brought together by some pretty filagree and cameo medallions. The base continues very stylized and nice metalwork with a gold gilt finish. This is a rewired, two socket model ready to plug in an enjoy.I have taken some very detailed pictures to show the overall condition. I am primarily a collector of bronzes and not a lamp expert, but they look great along with my statues. Overall I would describe the condition as very good, working condition. T is some typical wear to the metal surfaces that one really doesn't notice just looking at the lamp, just upon close inspection. Lights up brilliantly. I don't see any cracks in the glass. Looking at the glass from the inside t are a few pieces that have small chips on their edges, but you don't see from the outside of the shade, it's fully covered by the metal.Please take a good look at the pictures and if you need something else, please let me know.
