PRE-REPUBLIC PETERSON'S PIPE KILLARNEY NATURAL STAMPING NEAR NEW CONDITION ! Wow, how is this for a rare piece of pipe smoking history? It is a Pre-Republic stamped Peterson's Killarney Natural that will appear at the winning bidder's doorstep in "as new" condition despite being more than 60 years old! I suppose we would call the shape a Liverpool. The bowl is a honey blonde natural that should color nicely as it is smoked. It appears brand new and will indeed show itself to the winning bidder to be in showcase condition! The inside of the bowl looks as if the pipe is unsmoked and t is no charring on the rim nor any toothmarks or even the slightest of scratches on the P-Lip stem! Nomenclature is crisp: Killarney (over) Natural (over) A Peterson's Product is stamped on the left side of the shank. On the right side is the Pre-Republic circled Made in Ireland stamp and shape number 53. This Pre-Republic Peterson's Product pipe measures 6-inches in length with bowl height of 1-3/4 inches and just a bit over 1-1/16 inches across the rim.
