Howdy, Your bidding on a Gothic Style Set of Pre-War Elgin 26" Balloon Tire Bicycle Fender Skirts with Chain Guard. These were removed from a late 30's to 40's Womens Model but could be used on a Men's if you want to make a couple small holes in your fenders to mount them. Great Rat Rod Stuff too ! Folks, these are Only Fair Condition Parts. You are viewing in the Original Paint. The Paint is well worn with scratches & loss from age and use with lots of surface rust. All the Metal on these Skirts & Guard is straight without bends, kinks, or dents. Please review the many pictures posted for your inspection as they show condition very well.
