Good condition, vintage and very hard to find pre-war girls Hawthorne aluminum frame. This frame accommodates 24 inch tires. The frame is straight with no dents and all the welds seem to be fine. This auction includes everything pictured: Hawthorne pre-war aluminum frame with head badge, aluminum fork with truss rods, bearings and connecting nuts and washers, stainless fenders with front fender pedestal light and rear fender reflector housing. Sorry, the reflector lens was not included when I acquired the frame. The fenders do have some dings and creases and could use a good rolling. The rear fender also has the holes for string laced skirt guards.The seat post clamp is included but I do not have the seat post. I will go thru my parts and if I can find one that fits I will include at no additional cost. I also have a set of 24 inch chrome rims with white wall knobby tires that I would be willing to sell separately to winning bidder. The main issue with this frame is the incorrect crank currently mounted. Previous owner cross threaded the bearing nut so I am having a hard time removing it without damaging the bearing cups. I will continue to attempt removal until the end of the auction. This hard to find frame is being offered with low reserve, low opening bid and $30 shipping to lower 48 US only.
