You are bidding onWalt Disney's The Black Cauldron porcelain bisque figurine from the LIMITED EDITION The Disney Collection Disney's Magic Memories Series produced by Grolier in the 1980s, number 5,783 of 15,000 this item is ©1985 Walt Disney Productions and features Taran, Eilonwy and Gurgi preparing to fight the Horned King Once upon a time, long before t ever was a Walt Disney Classics Collection, Disney licensed the British company Grolier to produce beautiful three-dimensional porcelain bisque interpretations of their classic films and sell them using a subscription service: a new figurine would arrive every other month, which could be paid for in two monthly installments. Sadly the collection ends with the Black Cauldron, the last pre-Eisner film before The Little Mermaid , as Disney chose to move this type of collectible business in-house and not renew their contracts with Grolier. I collected everything Grolier produced and am now pleased to offer the collection on eBay. This piece, along with the others I have up for auction, was displayed in my smoke-free home, inside an enclosed glass display case. The colors are bright and vivid and the piece is in new condition with no damage. My Auction Terms: BIDDING: Please email me before bidding if you have less than 5 feedbacks or less than 98% positive--I have nothing against newbies (everybody has to start somew on eBay) but t are a lot of shady characters on this site, too, so we all need to protect ourselves. If you are locked out from bidding, it may be because you don't have a PayPal account, you are in a country outside the US, or your rating is less than zero. SHIPPING: I ship everything using UPS, USPS, or FedEx, at my option, based on the size of the package, its destination, and the speed of delivery you choose. I include a handling charge of $5.00 to defray the expense of packaging and preparation. Your shipping cost will be higher in Alaska or Hawaii than quoted by the eBay shipping calculator. I will ship to the US only. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Transit times depend on w you live, however I will make every attempt to ship within 48 hours from receiving a cleared payment. Insurance is optional, but I highly recommend that you insure any item you purchase because once I deliver the item to the shipper it is your property and you will have to deal with the shipping company at that point. PAYMENT: I accept only PayPal for all payments which means you can pay by credit card or directly from your checking account at your discretion, and we are both covered by their protection policies. The winning bidder must pay for the item within 48 hours of the end of the auction. I am generally prepared to ship your item the minute the auction ends, so the faster you pay, the faster your item will be sent on its way. ADDRESS VERIFICATION: In order to protect us both from fraudulent transactions, PayPal offers to verify your address--which basically means the address you are asking me to ship to matches the address of your credit card or bank account. I prefer to ship to verified addresses, but I understand that it may be more convenient for you to receive the item at your workplace or a PO box. If you ask me to ship to an unverified address, please email me as to why the address is unverified (e.g. workplace). RETURNS: I do not accept items for return as all items are sold as-is. My feedback rating shows that I have an excellent reputation--any flaws or imperfections have been shown and described in the listing. If, however, you are disappointed with an item, I ask only that you email me within 48 hours of receipt so I can try and resolve the issue.
