This item is a Pre World War II Western States Cutlery Rare Cracked Ice with White Underliners Hunting / Skinning Knife with Original Matching Embossed Leather Sheath and it comes to you in good condition. Good instead of very good or excellent because long ago knife was sharpened with something other than a hone stone (hard to tell because of age discoloration) and t is one small 1/8" pin hairline that is not going anyw No rust! No other pin cracks! No wobble on 95% full blade! Sheath has solid snap and no missing stitches! Overall length of knife is 8", blade length is 4 1/2" and blade tang is marked, "WEST - CUT Boulder, Colo.". It sports an aluminum handguard, 2 black and 2 red decorator half rings and a solid, one piece, through blade with cracked ice scales (handles), black spacers and rare old style white underliners. Sheath fits knife perfectly and it has an embossed sunflower design on it. This is a rare old knife with lots of service left.
