Very good condition pre WWII Russian Model 1881 cavalry sword that is complete with scabbard. Uncertain of originality, will be yours to design. Sword has factory markings of the left side of the blade and dated 1931. 33 ¾" blade has beautiful original bright finish. Still has original leather washer at the base. Brass fittings have nice patina. Wood grip has original finish and a good tight fit, no damage. Sword features the hammer and sickle design on the pommel. Fitted in correct original leather covered wooden scabbard that has brass fittings. Leather shows some wear and chipping. Also complete with an original Hungarian 91/30 Mosin Nagant socket bayonet that stores on the scabbard. Bayonet is in excellent condition. Nice original blue metal finish. Has the Hungarian "02" marking along with a serial number. A classic Soviet Russian cavalry saber that will make an excellent addition to your collection.
