SHIPPING: We try to ship within 3 business days or less of receiving payment. Parcel Post and International shipping can take as much as 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. We are happy to ship Express Mail, but can not guarantee overnight delivery.ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING: If an item is damaged in shipping please notify us by email right away, including a picture of the damaged item. We will file a claim online and if available, ship a replacement item as soon as the insurer approves the claim. If we can not replace an item we will refund the purchase price. Please have the item repacked and ready for the Insurance Company to pick up for inspection in case they request it. ITEMS DAMAGED IN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Unfortunately International shipping insurance does not cover shipping cost so we will only refund the actual cost paid for the item, excluding shipping if not included in the price of the item.
