Insurance is required on all International shipments and unfortunately we CANNOT QUOTE our International shipping charges prior to purchase - the items need to be packaged and we are unable to do that for rates only All of our products are NEW, never displayed, still in original box with original paperwork and are from a smoke-free environment unless stated otherwise. Sometimes the original boxes have labels, dents or scratches that cannot be helped - That is the way they were received and replacements are not always available . Items received damaged will have a refund issued not to exceed original purchase price, shipping is not included in refunds. We must be notified within 5 days of receipt and if we wish for item to be returned we will send a prepaid label. Please DO NOT BID if you are not serious.
