You are bidding on the Precious Moments figurine God Loveth a Cheerful Giver, Item # E-1378 with no mark. This item includes:

The figurine. The original box. The Precious Moments tag that came with the piece. (Note: this is not a name tag like the tags included with later figurines.) This item is in excellent condition. No chips or cracks or anything like that.

Terms

Bidding: I reserve the right to refuse bids from ebay members with a negative score or a great deal of negative feedback.

Reserve Price: On items which I place a reserve, if the reserve price is not listed above then I cannot reveal the reserve price at all.

Payment: Buyer must prepay via PayPal within 10 days of auction close. Personal checks will not be accepted. The item cannot be shipped until payment is confirmed. If proper payment is not received within the specified time, I reserve the right to nullify the bid and relist the item.

Shipment:

Shipping is paid by the buyer and is typically a fixed amount for the continental U.S. (US48) as listed above. Some items must be shipped separately and are marked as such next to the shipping price. If you bid on multiple auctions, you explicitly agree to accept and pay for individual shipment for items so marked. Items not marked for individual shipment may be combined for lower shipping. Contact for combined shipping estimates before bidding. I ship within 3 days of payment confirmation. I try to ship the day after payment confirmation if possible. Alaska, Hawaii, and shipments via other methods (i.e. FedEx, next day, etc.) cost extra. If you require special shipping, let me know before bidding and I will find out if it's possible for us to ship via the requested method and the approximate shipping costs for doing so.

eBay Failure: I reserve the right to refuse pending bids and relist any items which close while eBay is off line. I do my best to schedule all auctions so that they do not close during routine maintenance. This clause is to protect me in the event of serious unscheduled failures or maintenance.

Should a dispute arise, before leaving negative feedback I will try in good faith to resolve the cause of the negative feedback via e-mail and/or telephone.
