This is nice Westminster chime mantle clock made by Haller that I acquired at an antique flea market in Germany. It is 8 3/4" high and 11" wide and 5" deep. I completely disassembled, cleaned and reassembled the clock. It is an 8-day movement and runs great. The clock movement is marked and has a shop label on the back. I do not know if the pendulum and key are original but they are old and are included. It has a presentation plate on the front below the dial. (see photos) The plate has hallmarks but I do not know what they mean.It chimes on five rods chiming every quarter hour and strking the number of the hour on the hour. It has a two-toned silver dial with black Arabic numerals. The case is attractive and in pretty good shape; however, t is a match-head size impression on the top of the case that is not distracting. The dial also shows some wear.
