The frame is plastic with a nice cream colored mat. A nice example of President Adams' handwriting and White House piece that contains authentic material removed from 1950 #15/70 - Includes COA. Framed picture is in very good condition, handwriting is sealed in foam/plastic, wood is affixed the frame.3-Disc set 7-Part miniseries HBO films John Adams, new, unopened, still in shrink wrap.June 14th, 1985 issue date of Abigail Adams, First Lady Stamp.
