This 4.5”x 7” dark green cardboard covered book has 58 pages containing the original signatures of his Cabinet, The Senate, House of Representatives, even the Chaplains for both Houses. Includes the autograph of * President John Tyler , Feb. 9, 1843; Daniel Webster, Secretary of State; Abel Upshur, Sec’t of the Navy; Walter Forward, Sect of Treasury; John C. Spencer, Sect of War; Hugh S. Legare, Attorney General; Willie P. Mangum, President pro tem of the Senate [also acting Vice President]. Also included * John Quincy Adams , Representative from Mass. and 6 th President of the US (signed “John Quincy A”, he was 76 years old at this time) Approximately 274 signatures in this book.
