You are bidding on both documents. Both are to the same person or family - Amond (?) Olson in Dane County, Wisconsin. One is a United States Of America Land Grant signed by Zachary Taylor as President. Dated Aug 1, 1849 with nice signature of Taylor. This is a Zachary Taylor signature and not a secretarial signature. Document has large water stain or some type of discoloration that does not effect Presigential Seal or Signatures. Nice display document measures app 16" x 10" and has been folded and has some creases but is not torn or ripped. Presidential Seal is nice and intact and nice clear signature of President Taylor. Other document is also a land grant from Dane County, Wisconsin and is NOT signed by the President but is to the same person and nice document to accompany the other. Dated May 26, 1855 and has been folded and has app 2" tear at bottom right. (does not effect any writing) Also missing a piece from the upper right. Appears to have some small wax seals and overall good. Shipped flat in cardboard and not folded buyer pays $8.00 USPS shipping in cont US and I will provide free insurance for the purchased amount.
