PRETTY ANTIQUE ENGLISH SILVER ENAMEL BUTTERFLY PIN 1918 A wonderful antique English, solid sterling silver pin; beautifully modelled as a butterfly, with terrific pale blue, red & green translucent vitreous enamelling over a textured ground. A beautiful, wonderfully wearable and very collectable pin! CONDITION : All original and very good. Faintest wear, small amount of enamel loss, see pics. DATE/MARKS : English hallmark for B'ham 1918. Maker's marks JA&S. DIMENSIONS : 56 x 28 mm (1 inch = 25.4 mm). To give an impression of scale, the coin is 19 mm or ¾ of an inch diameter. WEIGHT : Approx. 12.9 grams. our other auctions.
